Fake news narrative of “LSU backing down to the SEC”. What do you morons not understand?

This was the PLAYERS suing for eligibility. Not LSU. That’s like saying Ole Miss sued the NCAA for Chambliss’ extra year of eligibility. They didn’t. Chambliss did. There was nothing to back down from bc LSU said from the beginning that it will comply with the rules and that’s why none of you fools can yet name ONE rule that was actually broken. All this other stuff was unnecessary posturing. It’s the SEC that made the last minute changes and that’s why now the PLAYERS are going to sue the ncaa and the sec. Not LSU.

But LSU was attempting to sign them to their team. To curb this, the SEC (unanimously, that means LSU too) passed a new bylaw that imposed strict penalties for playing former pros.
LSU said "sure we'll comply" but then kept the two roster spots open, an admission that they thought they'd have legal cover to eventually sign the former pros.
The SEC obviously didn't like this frickery, hence the suit.
A few days ago LSU backed down and filled the spots with amateurs.

What I saw was the daddy(Sankey) bitchslap his ho(LSU) after she talked back. Then she stopped, dropped and stopped. LSU will be a target for the foreseeable future and will be on probation within 2 years. Well deserved.

The SEC and Sankey has egg on their face. not only did they back down your little bitch president had to call in last minute to get them to cancel the vote … he complied with what the sec wanted a finalized roster and they told Kiffen to shut his big mouth …. so yes they did back down lol.
