That's all BS.
The reason they didn't get in is because no one likes them. They have some type of homo/communist thing going on over there. The fans (at least here) are shitheels. They have little to no tradition (1939). The arrogance over how rich they are has run its course.

You didn’t make it because you did t beat anyone of recognition. The committee wanted to put OU above you and should have. It showed when A@M squeezed by a North Carolina team that was depleted . Their 3 best players didn’t even suit up on offense and you struggled vs them. OU meanwhile blew the doors off of Florida . There is no argument other than you wouldn’t of even been ranked that high based on your wins.

A&M didn't make it to the CFP last season because they were way over rated. Not only did they not deserved their number 4 AP ranking, but they certainly didn't deserve to be in the CFP.
In fact, they are currently way over ranked today. As I pick them to finish no higher than at the fourth spot in the SEC after LSU, Alabama, and Ole Miss. Hell, Auburn might even finish ahead of them.

Do yourself a favor, get your facts straight before you post on this board. We have far too many guys, including myself, that have nothing better to do than research our SEC teams and the competition 24/7. This isn't a Big 12 or Longhorn board where you can talk complete nonsense and everyone simply shakes their heads.

I was thinking the exact same thing. When someone presents such a meager and unimpressive tidbit (‘I was in Hawaii!!) as some sort of conversation ender, it’s a fairly safe assumption that this person is a pathetic (and poor) failure IRL.

Reworded, what you wrote was this: “A&M wasn’t highly regarded enough to make the playoffs last year because they were regarded higher than they should have been.”
