“All the older Ole Miss fans I know seem embarrassed when someone brings up "the grove" in a conversation. I mean it's for kool aid kids and soccer moms, more or less.”
I’ll take things that never happened for $200 Alex.

True Son father of a True Son, but I’ve never been. So held a neutral opinion. My son’s freshman year he sent me a pic of he and a fraternity bro with two Ol Miss cheerleaders in The Grove. Having no other reference points, I now have a positive impression of The Grove. That’s all I know.

No dumbass I very much do understand your OP. My point absolutely remains….. If your idiotic self could properly comprehend, you would see that I did reference your “explain to me”. The irony in your “nose so high in the air” comment is fricking rich coming from an air-boat driving, nutria eater doing their every-other-year “our tailgating is so far superior to yours” schtick. If you genuinely are curious as to how to enjoy yourself while visiting the Grover for the first time, you’re more than welcome to ask for advice. And we’re more than happy to help. But if you start a thread shitting on our tailgating, then I’m going to rightfully respond by shitting on you.
This kid is frickin MAD.

Sorry. Your mom stood me up the other day. Ruined all my plans.

It’s not the majority, it’s just some that are overly sensitive and confident on an anonymous message board. Every fan base has them. Based on your numerous whiny, insecure dissertations in this thread, you are one of Ole Miss’.

Yeah Ole Miss fans don't even brag about the Grove. It's just listed in old folks magazines like Southern Living as a fun thing to do in the Southeast.

THE greatest collection of drunk hot as hell women in CFB, who cares if the chicken fingers are cold and you have to drink out of a solo cup? Also, OM fans are very friendly, maybe because they knew they were going to kill us on the field but still....

You gonna cry harder about it?

Its not, just more media BS like usual. Just like how they are pushing this season for ol miss like last year and the years before. Just like this "rivalry" with LSU when they've beat them what 4 times in twenty years. Its all crap Ole Miss is crap!

The Southern Living article on the grove that came out this August was written by an Ole Miss graduate. As was as the August Garden&Gun article, by a different OM graduate.

No, actually the irony is Ole Miss people dressing like they're in the fricking 1800s to tailgate and acting like they're "high society" when they live in Mississippi which is right at the bottom of cellar with Louisiana

I've been. It's not really that different from any other SEC tailgate area

As an Alabama fan.. I’ve visited the Grove on several occasions. I’ve been to every stadium in the SEC except Kentucky and South Carolina.
The Grove wins hands down in my book! The setting is cool, the set up is awesome and the people are fantastic!
We’ve always been invited to some Ole Miss fans tailgate and treated like we were old friends.
They may not always win the game, but they’re undefeated in the tailgate in my book!

Only inside the actual grove boundaries. Plenty of tailgates with open flames. My tailgating crew deep fried a turkey for the egg bowl one year.
Do people have two tailgates? Cooking location and Party location tailgate... Sounds like a good time.

The Circle is much better than the Grove
