The math maths.... but I gotta wonder how hard it is with a.i. and such for admin to track any alt accounts. I myself don't see any issue with people being allowed to create multiple accounts tbh. Still, if it's a rule that is enforced (and it is enforced! i found out by not knowing this rule in like 2008 or 2009) then it seems like it may be pretty easy to track them all... but I know nothing about the back end to a forum site and what they deal with.
