If LSU finishes with that record it will get NASTY around here. It will be the beginning of the end for BK.
buckle up. you guys sucked on defense last season and nothing has changed besides losing your best defensive position coach and replacing him with someone who has never been a coach at all outside of high school

I wasn't aware Mizzou had taken that big of a step back. They went 9-3 in the regular season and won their bowl game last year. Did half the team head for greener pastures like with what happened at Arkansas?

I think Tennessee will probably finish 9-3/8-4ish, but IMO a computer should be questioned if it doesn't have us at around 7 wins. The raw data that would be available to a computer shouldn't show us as a 9 win team IMO.

Kiffin is going to be a laughing stock if he goes 8-4. That is not a good look for Kiffin with what he had been given to spend to get a second chance to make the playoffs this coming season.

Question will be how much Nico held up the offense last year and if the new QB can hit the deep balls Nico continuously missed.

It's definitely scary thinking about having a brand new QB coming in off the streets.

Then you remember Nico was a glorified running back that couldn't pass consistently and things figure to be A-ok.

I don't see LSU going to end up with a better W-L record than Mizzou.

Also interesting that you pick LSU to compare to. What’s the obsession? And answer me this. Why wouldn’t LSU have a better record? Historically better team with a better overall record. The only thing you could argue is your garbage arse schedule.

Nico went from being the savior to the problem in a hurry.

It certainly appeared that way last season.

It was funny watching Kelly berate the officials to do something about Alabama playing defense in the 4th quarter.

1 playoff appearance all time. Damn. Talk about mediocrity. Those are Tennessee numbers.

Friendly reminder that ESPN's computers ranked LSU 3rd in 2019 AFTER they beat Clemson in the championship game.

Computers are always right.

Sorry about your 2019 national championship getting repo’d.

Correct

You’re 2 for 2

Unless BK turns into a completely different coach than he’s been for the past 20+ years and wins the NC this year or Bama has brutal injury luck, DeBoer needs to outperform BK this year or Bama fans will not be optimistic about DeBoer’s tenure. DeBoer is 6-0 against the best coaches currently in the game with an additional 1-0 record against a modestly above average coach like BK. He’ll likely move to 6-1 after losing to Kirby in Athens but if he loses to BK at home coming off a bye week, that will be worse than Vandy or OK on a rest disadvantage during a transition year. DeBoer needs to outperform BK this year, and I think he will due to his coordinators.

I don't see Florida finishing 6-6. I see 5 almost certain wins (LIU, USF, FSU, MSU, UK) and don't believe we would go 1-6 against the rest. If we do, Billy won't make it to the bowl game. Heck, if we do lose to MSU, he won't make it to Georgia. Wouldn't be the first time Florida has fired a head coach after losing to Miss State.
