No way is that a possibility. If he doesn't get to the playoffs in the next 5 years though?

Right now, Kirby is Saban circa 2011.

This might be the dumbest thing I've ever read on the rant. Saban by 2011 had won numerous national titles at 2 different programs at the highest level and built them both into powerhouses. Kirby hasn't done that yet. What a homer fricking post.

No and no.

UGA should be happy, nobody else has won the big one there either, and probably no one ever will...

Not close in the 2nd half of Richt's career at UGA.Put together some horrible recruiting classes between '10 and '13...which ultimately led to his firing.

Not to mention been to the CFP already.

With the CFP expanding, that is going to be deemed much less of an achievement that it has been. Getting there is only half the battle; it's pointless if you can't win once you're in.

No. Smart still has Georgia playing at a high level and has had them in the conversation every year since 2017. He is meeting expectations and, if he continues to recruit lights out, he will eventually win a national championship. The only way he finds his way into the hot seat is if he begins to consistently underperform as Richt did.

Kirby’s not going anywhere. Stop wishing.

Lol what?

Richt was there for like 15 years and didn’t win dick.

Georgia fans don’t know what a natty feels like so they get jacked at these 10-2 and 11-1 seasons where they get their asses beat by the west every year

They only get to those records because of weak SEC east play. Smart would be out sooner if it was the west imo.

Fans naturally develop confidence when their team is really good. It’s not a concept unique to uga fans.

Aside from 2019 LSU has just been riding Bama's success over the past few years

Makes you wonder who's patience runs out first, fans, or recruits? If the elite recruits start seeing the handwriting on the wall watch fans get out their pitchforks, in a hurry.

If the East would break off from the sec, it would be on par with the big 10 or dare I saw the ACC. The West can sustain itself. It’s facts… the west owns the east.

Didn’t you lose to Missouri last year? And most of the west teams too?

Bama owns everyone, and then there’s the rest of us

Oh yea * year and losing a record number of players to the draft (something your team or an east team cannot fathom).
