Did Big Ed issue 5 and 5 rings this year at the banquet?

I don't think there was a banquet due to COVID, the same reason he only had 50 some odd scholarship players at one point last year.

Saban is a machine. He's built the best sports program in the modern era.

Not downing Bama at all. But weaker SEC gave youngsters time to develop. Some thing never change, Bama will be the team to beat .

JeaLSU tried to dodge Bama with the Covid excuse. It didn’t work. 55-17 because Saban showed mercy.

Yes, they always do since saban has been there. There are plenty more 5 stars waiting to step in their shoes.

I can’t say I ever recall a team losing a 1st round QB 2 WR star RB and LT to a draft this early before.

Alabama lost a QB, two WRs, and an OT in the first round of the NFL draft just a year ago.

Probably only win 10 wins next year.
Then win in 2022.

But OP can't ever recall this happening to a team.

Nah. He's a little guy and small qb's don't get picked in the top 5.

Kyler Murray

5'10" in some good shoes.

1st pick overall

Starter for the Arizona Cardinals

So, you're an idiot.

I would love to say BAMA is depleted and vulnerable but Young could bust, Metchie forget the playbook, all the DBs could be diagnosed with restless leg syndrome with 24 hour leg cramps and they still would win 10-11 regular season games.

Correct

Harris, smith, waddle, Leatherwood all contributed...HEAVILY and returned....Who is returning with similar contribution as Harris, Smith, Waddle, Leatherwood...hell even Dickerson, that are receiving 1-3 round grades, to replace that level of talent?

When the HC produces 33 1st rounders and only 23 losses in a 14 yr span it become difficult to find vulnerability in his program.

Experienced Talent vs Talent.

Yeah sure... A 5'9-10 QB literally just went #1 Overall two years ago.

It's like you people have short-term memory loss every year. Look up 2016 Alabama and get back to me.

Lol, 2016 isn’t Transitive property to 2021. Has nothing to do with this year.

Not sure why this triggers you, it’s a simple question about experienced talent returning with those high draft grades. Why can’t you answer it? It’s ok to say, “We don’t, offense will have growing pains and will lean heavily on D”... or name 4 players of similar experience/talent of Harris, smith, waddle, leatherwood, Dickerson...FFS
