I disagree with that completely. You could build a team from Tennessee, Auburn, Florida, and BAMA that would wreck anyone.

Anyone left COULD beat them on the right night.

I think Auburn or Floridas A game has a shot. Still think it's going to be an uphill battle. Florida's bigs need to play better though. I don't like the matchup for Tennessee, I feel their bigs will foul out early and they'll get eaten alive. Maybe Houston can get them playing in Texas.

The NCAAT Midwest refs are better than our conference pool so far. IDK if that holds up against what’s expected to be a rock fight against Houston but it’s felt a helluva lot fairer than our usual SEC/regional crew.

Everyone acting scared of them lol. Not like they’re a bunch of 12 foot tall hardwood warriors that fart thunderous blocks and shite 3s lol. They’re human and can be beaten.

Todays game if you have one or two elite shooters that get hot, put the pressure on the other team, and they can't keep up and then lose their A game then any team with that ability can beat anyone.
Sears went 10/16 against BYU
Sears went 2/12 against Duke
It wasn't Duke play but I'm sure it helped don't get me wrong, Sears just was hot against BYU and cold against Duke.
It was a close enough first half that with a hot Sears, that's a different game.
Given that, I think Duke is currently 1, then Auburn/ UF, then Tennesee.
But that's why you play the games.

BAMA made them look like the 1996 Bulls but they are very much a great team. They’re beatable but they also have to be the favorite at this point.

Duke has two dynamic bigs that clog the middle play d and rebound at a high level. They have 2 legit shooters and enough ball handling to exploit any trap or doubles ran at Flagg for open looks.
Defensively they are much improved since Jan and do a lot of the little things right.
It doesn’t help having the best player in the country and a system with enough freedom

I think Duke wins it all.

Florida matches up the best, but I still think Duke has an edge talent wise.

They beat Auburn fairly handily earlier this season, leading the entire second half. Auburn kept it within 10, put Duke really controlled the game.
Duke can be beat, but a team will have to play their A+ game and hope for a few lucky bounces.

They beat us by 6 at their place and we were well within striking distance most of the game. Think we had it down to 2 at the 5 minute mark of the second half.
And looking at the stats they had 27 freebies to our 12, making 17 to our 10.
Neutral court I would have taken us at that time.

Auburn kept it close but Duke controlled and led the entire second half. Whenever Auburn would get within 5, Duke would make the plays they needed to extend their lead.

Sears has been like this before the tourney. There's a reason he was benched in the LSU game. Oats rode him to the end last night even though he was showing he couldn't do anything. When Sears wasn't on the floor, that's when Alabama made a run and cut the lead down.
