The answer to the question is MiZzzou is ALWAYS bad.

For always being bad Mizzou is 5-5 vs. Florida since joining the SEC.

Will Muschamp thinks he should be canned but I think he gets another year SOLELY based on the money they'll have to shell out if they fire him.

I’d sure love it, but I don’t think they are firing him.

Talent-wise, they're better than Missouri, but they should be much better than Samford. Firing the DC before the season was out was a bad idea. That's a sop to the fans, not an actual attempt to solve the problem; if anything, it makes the problem worse, since Wes McGriff is now calling the defense and we all remember what the last McGriff DC'd SEC defense looked like. Or maybe you don't, since that defense was essentially invisible.

Losing to either Missouri or Norvell's scrubs at Florida State might be the end of the line for Mullen. He's a good coach, but I'm not sure he's got recruiting chops to get it done at a place like Florida.

Mullen is toast regardless. There’s no way he comes back next year.

Not saying you are right or wrong, but this is a somewhat unique situation. His buyout is $12 million no matter when he is fired unless they wait another 4-5 years. Firing him today is much cheaper than hiring a new defensive staff and then firing everyone next year.

Mullen is done at UF. 2 more games and he's done. Congrats on your win Saturday Mizzou.

Think we are in for a pretty crazy next couple of months at UF. We are likely going to see Stricklin be fired and looking to hire a new AD.

Great comeback win over a much more talented Samford team on Saturday. Should have been the lead story from the SEC this Saturday if it wasn't for Mississippi State's comeback.

Mullen is a hell of a coach and should be extended in Gainesville.

.

You have no idea what you are talking about.
Grantham should have been fired a year ago. And Christian Robinson is calling the defense.

Wow, this is either deep insider info or just wild arse baseless speculation. Which one is it?

I would be shocked. They have to appease the fans right now. Mullen has totally given up. The guy needs to step back from coaching.
Florida fans will show up anyway. Good man Dan is in good shape. They just put up a record 717 yards!

Neither? I have heard previously the investigation was ongoing (and not well for Stricklin), and with more information continuing to come out about the WBB scandal it is looking worse and worse for Stricklin. If you were taking bets on his future, in this current environment, I'm definitely siding on him being shown the door.
