Do you contribute to NIL?

Went to a fundraiser recently that raises money for special needs summer camps, so they have proper medical attention, etc. and we made a substantial donation. I got to thinking how ridiculous it is to give money to NIL collectives when there are so many other things worth supporting. If college athletics goes down the drain because I’m not giving to the NIL so be it. No way I’m giving to that. If my merch and tickets purchases aren’t enough so be it.
Do you give to NIL and if so why?

Why????
My tax dollars help fund enough things around the state.

I do not give to NIL. All those kids make more money than we do, and there are plenty of wealthy doners to pay them.
I donate, as you do, to charitable organizations who are doing good in our community.

Nope. If it all burns to the ground, so be it.

Absolutely not giving money to these kids for them to blow it and just jump ship to some other school at the drop of a hat.

No. I do support the Gamecock club though and have season tickets to football, basketball, and baseball. I'll never support NIL.

Every week I gather up the change in the cupholder of my car, and mail it to the Mizzou AD. They seem to appreciate it. I haven't heard one way or another.

Every morning I roll into Casey's and buy a large coffee. Any change left goes to Mizzou NIL.
Therefore, when Beau Pribula hits Marquis Johnson for a 50 yard TD this year, I can sip my coffee knowing I made that shite happen.

That must be the funding for the baseball program.

It's obvious that you are INDEED telling the truth and based on performance, it appears your support is going towards mizzou baseball.

The baseball program gets any leftover french fries I find when cleaning my vehicle.

Yes.
Why: I want to see Mizzou win in football.
