I have heard some whispers that he might be coming to Texas. I guess the play is that he'd be a backup / changeup QB for Arch for a year, then take the reins for a year to try and get some draft stock.

Losing the job would be disastrous for his career and Tramell Jones honestly looked better than him in spots as a freshman coming off a broken leg or some kind of injury.
His "camp" also didn't want him to have surgery last off-season, which caused some lingering issues supposedly.
