Did Alabama’s Case for the Playoff Just Get Weaker?

The best item on Alabama’s resume is a decisive loss to the #2 team in the country at home with their All American QB who is now injured and out for the season.
Is that enough to make it to the top 4?

It's not any weaker now than it has been. It's always been weak and they've always needed teams above them to have multiple losses. That hasnt changed

Yep. The committee has been shitting on Baylor all year then a home win over 6-5 Texas suddenly constitutes a massive jump

Meh. The committee is looking at the TT game as a loss for Baylor. Always have. That’s why they were so low.

The committee seems to give Alabama credit for losing to LSU at home, but gives no credit to LSU for beating Alabama in Alabama.
