It doesn't rally matter with all the film over his college career, but the NFL DBs may just break him.

Tyreke Hill is pretty small too. Smith may be a little slower than Hill but I dont think I've ever seen a WR get open like Smith

Hill looks a lot more like Jaylen Waddle. DeVonta Smith is much the better route runner and his hands are just different from even great NFL receivers. He has a catch radius that is remarkable for his size. He's fast, but he glides and has those long strides. He's gonna keep sneaking up on a lot of great NFL DBs.

What push off? He dominated his opponent and won the heisman on that play. Deal with it best you can.

If scouts care about his height and weight after the career he's had then they shouldn't be scouts.

Probably didn’t want to embarrass 13 teams with how badly he owned them.

6'1 170 maybe.

More like 6' 160 and he should absolutely be forced to be measured! I don't give a shite if he's a top 5 pick! Should not be his choice at all!

Bull fricking shite! This is what is wrong with the world today! Everyone wanting to try and set new standards! Every NFL prospect has been measured for height and weight! Why all of a sudden Smith gets a pass? Again, bullshite!

So?
You don't think they've got enough tape on him to be able to evaluate him?

I don’t understand Bammers sometimes. They trash on Stingley but yet they use that clip of Smith scoring a TD all the time.

So if Stingley is soft and overrated like Bammers say why are they using him all the time to prop up Smith? Just curious.

Why exactly...plenty of players come to Senior bowl just to talk to coaches and NFL personnel. Russell Gage are about the same size I never seen one thing about his lack of size from LSU posters prior to draft. Hell Devonta is not even the smallest Wr there this week.

This is what is wrong with the world today? Seriously?

He doesn't get a pass - he made a choice. The NFL can decide they need that information and not draft him if they want (even though my guess is he'll do it in the future before the draft, making this a moot point). It's pretty simple.

I don't really think the size thing matters that much but Russell Gage and Devonta Smith will likely have very different NFL roles.
