It's more like "Let's not give up a TD and keep things in front of us", then hope for a bad pass or something.

Coaches don't trust our DBs in man, all there is too it. If you are going to blitz, run man to take away the quick easy routes. Can't send 5 or 6 and play 10 yards off, it's an easy 5-7 yards every play.

With some of your headache being in the month-end close process, it would be good to first hire a seasoned Controller to lead your accounting department. Bringing on a CFO prior to that, their focus would be on the books rather than the future.
A good Controller may resolve a lot of the needs you have right now. You can bolt on a fractional CFO to that and probably get everything you are looking for.

Hikes around the national park are pretty light, would be great for a larger group.
Bubaloo's downtown right across from the bathhouses is a good lunch spot for burgers and fries. Like others have said, Deluca's is a great pizza spot, just plan on a wait with a large group like that.
We did a canoe float trip with the kids when we went. Youngest was 4 and handled it pretty well. Took about 4 hours, packed a lunch and ate at a sandbar, didn't have to rush to get through.

We stayed in Windcliff in Estes Park. Great views and a lot of different price points and size rentals depending on what you are looking for.
Nice little town. We cooked all of our meals, so I can't speak to the food there.
RMNP was great though. Hikes were awesome, weather was phenomenal. Went at the end of May so we still had a lot of snow on the ground so we weren't able to do all of Trail Ridge Road to Grand Lake.
