I’ve always been a huge fan of the SEC, mainly Arkansas and it just so happened that my alma Mater joined this wonderful league back in 2012. I’ll never understand why you guys give TAMU and their fanbase such a hard time and so much shite on this site but we are big boys and can take it. They’re some of the nicest and most down to earth humans I’ve ever met. IMO, they represent Texans and fit very well in the SEC. We have a 75k enrollment and only 2,500 are in the ROTC program. Yes, we’ve done less with more and deserve the 8&4 comments, we probably should have women cheerleaders on the sidelines which I see happening very soon. We are trying to break through and win a title like most in this league and we keep investing in our facilities trying to get over the hump.

BUT, this original poster is a perfect example of what you’re getting and the type of fan that is joining this league. You guys/gals will soon witness the most uneducated, whiny, obnoxious, blow hard, fair weather fan base in the history of college sports. We can revisit this post after their first year in and you tell me whom you’d rather hang with or be aligned with. For those that have been to College Station and Kyle Field I can assure you - you were impressed and if not then most definitely treated extremely well.

I’m pretty sure LSU’s coach costs more, LSU’s facilities cost more, and your sports are even more successful, one thing I’ll criticize horn is they are penny pinchers, there was an article this year about how they paid for an HR study of A&M to understand how we serve more athletes with less personnel, just to save money, I found that ridiculous
