Creighton deciding to be the Golden State Warriors in the first half did a real number on our efficiency metrics lol.

That’s Arkansas, perfectly average with enough variance to be near the top some days and be near the bottom others.

They didn’t play very efficient defense against Baylor and T-Rank picked up on that.

Was really impressed by our defense last night. Especially on the switch.

One thing not getting a lot of attention is how well Kentucky has played defensively. I'm not sure if it's just the matchups favored us defensively, or coaches didn't try to exploit our weaknesses, but I'm very pleased with our defensive effort in both games.

Need to keep that up this next week.

So you are saying Alabama / BYU will be first to 100 wins?

I don't know where this defensive intensity has come from but I'm thrilled it's happening in the tourney!

Butler has been huge on the defensive end.

Butler has set the tone. All the guys are digging in. Tennessee is a lot better than Illinois on defense so we have to play great defense ourselves.

It was very noticeable to me as a Vols fan. Was already very nervous about a potential 3rd game and watching the intensity of your defense didn't help. Hoping we can hold y'all to less than 50% from 3 for once this season, but y'all look like you're peaking at the right time. Should be a great game.

Yes he has. Thank God for these boys, especially Butler.. the head of the snake. Love that they've turned it up. Just in time, too.

Plus 14 big points from him last night. Brea has went beast mode and really improved his defense as well!! Man that boy can score the ball!!

Really excited about OM's game against Michigan State. I think OM matches up well against them.

Would be absolutely wild for a basketball program with OM's pedigree to have wins against UNC, Iowa State, and Michigan State in the tournament.

110…100 still might get you beat like a couple teams in the SEC this year (think it was FL/KY and maybe Mizz and someone else)
