I mean, the kid lives like 10 miles away from the Vandy campus. He'd be dumb not to check them out.
I don't know. 2017 Tennessee was pretty entertaining

Did Louisiana really eject this dumbass?

I'm sure they'll eject him after this torpedoes any hope of getting a successful P4 head coach
This is such a batshit crazy clip that I had to check if it was AI or not

I mean, Texas has a much better chance at going 7-5 than 10-2 and everyone knows it

I mean, they gave up like a half of a season worth of sacks in one game to OU. They'll be in the bottom left for the rest of the season because of that even if they improve.
OM is 3-0 in the conference
Hey I get it. The season is over for the hogs anyway
So if you're pointing all that bullshite out why don't you point out the obvious penalty misses on LSU as well. We're waiting
If Nuss is a Heisman candidate player then our second string D2 QB is a first round QB

He was frustrating at LSU on the field, but I think a good kid. Wish him the best, except when he plays us.

Like a liability

Ole Miss did this to force the rules committee to stop the insanity of fake injuries. They should be applauded

This goes over everyone's head. Kiffin runs a fast offense and fake injuries slowed it down significantly. He bitched about it publicly after it happened against his team in 2020 multiple times. After that he figured he may as well abuse it. It being outlawed now only helps OM's offense.
So, if Auburn is claiming 2004 as a natty then Auburn thinks that UCF won a natty against them for the 2017 season.

not really sure why Ole Miss, South Carolina, and Florida are ranked ahead of Tennessee. All Heupel has done is win more consistently and at a higher rate than all 3 of those programs coaches. However, as everyone on this forum knows, these rankings mean nothing. SEC has so many interesting storylines this year, cant wait

OM is 3rd in the SEC in wins the last 5 seasons. Heupel has not won more consistently than Lane Kiffin.
Hard to argue with. It has A&M's average at 8-4 so their formula definitely checks out.

Clark Lea is way too low on the list.

If we're going strictly off of coaching ability, Lea at 15 is criminal. I don't think people realize how good of a coach you have to be at Vandy to just have them respectable in the SEC.
I agree that they're expensive, but I think talented DL is more plentiful in the portal than OL. OM had 6 transfer DL last year that were the backbone of the team and 3 of them were drafted. OM hasn't had near that kind of success on transfer OL. Could just be my experience with it.

I’d really target high school OL. Most of the teams that build their line through the portal don’t turn out very good.

This is the correct answer and only answer.

Good OL are generally retained by their school and don't hop into the portal. Lack of talent and the fact that OL need to gel together to form a cohesive unit are reasons why portaling OL isn't a great strategy.
