Bad move in that post game presser

Telling everyone about your team's entitlement mentality

Take care of that crap in house

Don't be surprised if a few in that locker room think twice about their new coach

I thought that same thing when I watched his pressee. A little early foes those types of theatrics

I don't know. Watching him completely lay into Kelvin Taylor on the bench for making that throat-slash gesture was kind of endearing to me. I may actually like a UF coach. And it's freaking me out.

Laying into a player on the sidline is one thing. Publicly berating your team is another. Not sure that was warranted just yet. I think he's a good coach though.

He's looking like he may be a solid longterm coach for the gators

UF has a bad culture. He does things through the media to motivate. These kids scored 61 against NMSU and felt they were going 15-0. They need a fricking wake up call and have to understand they have to show up every day. 12 penalties deserves a berating if you ask me.

He's definitely got me feeling better about our game in the Swamp.

That team is still a wreck and needs to stay that way for a few more weeks.

It was warranted.

30 guys late to practice? All those penalties?

Yeah, Gators fans are loving the way he's taking it to these kids that apparently need a kick in the arse.

Freakin' Muschamp affect.

when you play bad football and make stupid mistakes that almost send you into OT and cost you a game you might deserve to get thrown under the bus

shite do whatever you gotta do to get this team back to where it belongs at the top of the east going to atl

Well... It's better than coach speak, that's for damn sure.

Don't worry about the team. This is big boy football.

I liked it. Sometimes players need to be called out.

I'm all for a coach setting the tone and making his points. There was a story about Pinkel's first team meeting. Any player who was late, even 1 minute, was gone, dismissed from the team. Podiums have died in his meetings. I like that, it gets attention. I'm just not sure about using the media to make your point this early, they have a way of twisting things for an agenda and making their own story.

I think you have a good coach. Dammit.

Holy shite. Totally warranted for that reason alone.

I would've much rather seen Butch jump into some guys on our OL last night like that in the second half than consult his "analytics" sheets over and over. SMDH

Screw that nonsense. Light their asses up and they better change or get rid of them.

Florida needed a wake up call. McEwlain was right on point on a lot of things.

What are they gonna do? Start tackling their own players?

It came off as a little much this early on. I guess he's gotta change the culture. It may end up being a very long year. Hopefully it will pay off down the road.
