He's not gonna win, but how the heck can you keep him out?

If he had struggled vs. Bama, I might could see the argument. But he's destroyed every defense he's faced minus second half FSU.

But if he is there it will be hard to hide the fact that he isn’t gonna win. Embarrassing for espn

FSU was a funky game for him. But maybe gets the benefit of the doubt because week 1. He’s been electric sense then and he really has played no role in the 2 other losses. Sucks for him

He should win tbh.

Just off-hand, do you understand what the requirements are to be considered for a Heisman trophy?

For instance, if the best QB to ever play the game, as Daniels likely is, were to belong to a team that had 8 loses, do you imagine that player would be eligible for a Heisman?

Hypotheticaly, let's say that Daniels has had 700 yards passing each game of the season combined with 5 TD's during each game, but still somehow had 8 losses or even 3 losses, is that player eligible for a Heisman?

Has Daniels enabled the team he plays for to have great success this season?

Sure. It’s an individual award. Not a team award.

How can that be when Daniels hasn't fulfilled the obligations required of a Heisman trophy winner candidate?

Does anyone here have a brain?

One of these QBs whose team gets to the playoff will probably take it. Winner of the Pac 12 championship wins it if they have a good game.

I would say yes because with a defense as bad as ours has been this year he's had to be spectacular to win the games we have won.

It's an award that is given to a player that has led a very successful team to a very successful outcome and has been instrumental in that outcome.

Daniels doesn't check any of those boxes. What are you talking about?

He's kind of on the backend of a lot of conversations and his spotlight games are over.

I wouldn't say it's obvious, but I think he'll be there.

What you should be saying then, is that LSU's defense has cost Daniels a Heisman.
