Apparently, Tennessee is trying to get Pruitt fired for cause, and UGA got caught in the crossfire. Uncertain why UT would do that, since they get the huge payouts that everyone else does

I think SI (maybe someone else) wrote a long piece on recruiting on Amite with the barber and how he pretty much decided what coach can contact players. Some very shady shite. Plenty of pics with cruits with cash on their hands and fancy cars.
It’s out there. That is probably the tip of the iceberg. Bama has been doing this since The Bear. Experts.

Apparently it is for Sharriff Coopers dad! He is wealthy and bought all of his kids a new car, but Sharrif's is a violation?
I saw where his dad used to coach an AAU team and he had a bunch of his players (5?) all go to Auburn. Then his dad launched his own sports agency which now raised the question of Sharife's amateur status with the NCAA. I had no idea they were holding the kid for a damn car his dad bought him.
God I hate the NCAA!

I know it’s exciting for other teams fans when this stuff is out there and it’s natural to take joy in potential investigations/violations. We’re all pretty aware that major programs color outside the lines when it comes to recruiting.
That said, it would be really surprising for the NCAA to lay the hammer on any of the top programs for recruiting violations, simply because it’s not in their best interest. And it’s also a spineless organization that only cares about its own image and bottom line.
Is Georgia committing recruiting violations? Not a doubt in my mind. Will anything major come of a possible investigation? Not likely. That goes for most other high profile programs as well.
