Then why did Pete allegedly ask him what his buyout was? Clearly the transfer had gone through if the player had to go to Clemson's compliance office in an attempt to reenter the portal.
I think you're confusing an NIL/rev share contract with transferring into the school. The latter is what determines tampering.
