State was 2-0 and was up 4-0 on Texas in the 7th and cruising and a line drive to the ankle knocked the starter out. The floodgates opened and Texas came back and won. Miami beat State to knock them out, then beat Texas for the title.

1985 team had four future MLB All-Stars on it. Its a shame they didnt win the title and is proof that MSU is cursed for having built its football stadium on an indian burial ground.

As much as I hate to admit it, this stuff could only happen to MSU. The jinx has never stopped. Our Ace took one to his leg in game one vs Washington. I heard it was a nasty look the next day. Hope he's ok for Friday and that it doesn't hamper him.

Texas isnt good enough to win the cws this year. Its obvious. It pains me to say but arky looks good enough to pull it off. Just being honest.

Sure we are/were.

Back to the topic ....

The horns won’t be in the championship game.
They have zero business in Omaha
(not sure how it happened; the awkwardness is awkward).
With few exceptions, the entire Omaha field is questionable this year.
That’s baseball, though.

Would much sooner see Florida in the final so we can make Scott Stricklin and TRex O’Sullivan lick our nuts one more time.

Uhhh, well:
Florida is the top team in the country.
Arkansas was the best team in the country at home.
Oregon State the best team west of Lubbock.
UNC is borderline.
Tech is a pretty good program.
State earned their way here on the road.
Texas is ... well, ok.
Washington is crap.

Gators say that ain't happening. 6-0 UF, top 8.

Anyhow you guys don't want to overlook Oregon State/UNC winner. Baseball is weird.
