It's Oregon. Has to do with street agents and Phil Knight's relationship with one of them.

What the hell happens to teams where the coaches or asst coaches have "relationships" with the street agents?

I wouldn't think Phil Knight would get involved with anything illegal. I was under the impression that he would avoid that to avoid horrible publicity for the company.

From a Cal fan, of course it's Oregon. Is Oregon really a top 12-15 traditional program?

Texas fans think it's LSU and they listed every one of our recent players that drafted in rounds 1-3. Then they said they all had the same agent

It was funny to see them try and explain why LA, FL, and GA kids had a TX street agent

SI has a big story out about crime and college football. Pitt leads with 22 arrested players. Could this be what Cowherd was talking about?

Has to be Oregon.

You know something is fishy if Oregon and Nike are basically in bed with each other, with Nike building their facilities, funding their upgrades, and probably helping them recruit players.

I could be wrong, but I would think it's more about Phil Knight being a huge Oregon fan.

As far as paying the players, I was always under the impression that Phil Knight was very careful about avoiding that.

Wouln't suprise me if it's Oregon.A lot has changed at Oregon since Bellotti left.Chip Kelly has a more "popular and accepted" way of doing things.Under Bellotti oregon would not allow kids commited to other schools to visit oregon and we all know that's changed namely with regards to Deanthony Thomas but there are plenty of others that have visited while commited to other schools in the last 2 years. Also they have heavily recruited kids with very loud speculation of dealing with street agents. All the Guilford,NC kids from last year,Keenan Allen,Gabe King and the others in that group.I don't think they signed any of them but had one of them commited at one point last year.Lache Seastrunk is another along with a couple of other kids. Not that any of these kids were actually involved with street agents but just the mere fact that all of them were heavily rumored to be.The NC kids pretty much were sold to Cal though. It's a pretty safe bet.The Bama fans can tell you more about that situation but there are plenty of articles out thee concerning their situation.Lache was rumored to be involved with the most notorious of all Will Lyles and it's a strong possibility that he is the agent in the crosshairs.Very popular and instrumental in the 7 on 7 toirneys across the country.Nike sponsors one of the big ones.

Nike is neck deep in illegal recruiting. Also most of the agents that were around USC during Carrol's term left and went up the road.

Sports by Brooks has verified that it is not LSU. How comforting is that?
