They're only an issue if it starts affecting game outcomes

using artificial noisemakers is beyond annoying. its pathetic, though would expect nothing less from a school thats never won a natl championship in anything

Actually, the reason I wouldn't go is because it's in Starkville. What a shithole town.

They were. But now they are back. The league ADs agreed to let them back in 7 years ago. I wish everyone would keep up.

Either you didn't go to the game or you were surrounded by Bama fans. I doubt that the bells have any effect on the opposing offense because of the rules in place, which they seem to adhere to. Sitting next to several of those dipshits is a whole other thing, though. I've been once. I won't go back until those things are banned completely.

What? They use them the whole time even though they aren't supposed to... Luginbil was trying to clap louder than them like Jalen was having to do for the snap.

Same way homer officials from Bama are allowed call games. Cow bells or officials you should not complain.

The cowbells are NOT ringing while opposing team is at the line. We get fined $50,000 anytime we do that. I wish people would stop making shite up, especially those who were not at the game or have not been to a game there. I have been to other stadiums where there have indeed been airhorns blowing when MSU offense was lined up to play. Bunch of crybabies trying to kill a tradition and then lying about when they ring them.
The rule says we get fined for ringing them while at the line of scrimmage. We were fined a few times the first year the new rule began and our AD and Mullen alike asked the fans to not hurt the Universiry and spread the message. We now call it "Ring Responsibly."
Don't make up lies and claim everyone is ringing when not allowed.

Because you Bama Phuckers haven't stopped it yet. I was hoping Moo State would pull out a win, then the SEC would take away their damn toys.

For what it is worth, I think MSU mostly adheres to the rules. But that ain't the problem. I sat next to an MSU fan in '14 who told me before the game, "You're gonna hate me before this is over." And I thought, "Nah, what could you possibly do?" It turned out he was correct! I DID hate him. Passionately. That was easily the most annoying environment I've ever experienced. Vuvuzelas would be less annoying. I will not go back. STOP IT!

Kyle is plenty loud when good defense is being played. But I do think it would be a hoot if every school decided to take vuvuzelas to Starkville.

I notice one thing common about this thread. The people bitching like little babies are teams that got their arse beat by MSU or some of the Bama fans trying to act like the only reason MSU almost won that game was because of the cowbells. My gosh what a bunch of wimps. And you A&M fans, you have not played MSU but a a hand full of times historically. You clowns whine simply because we whipped your damn arse again and you just can't handle it. Wah wah wah...
