Because you either love or hate Tennessee, almost no one is ambivalent about UT. It's been 6 days and everyone is still talking about us.
For example, no one gives a shite when lesser programs like Arkansas, South Carolina, 8&4, Mississippi schools are having slightly better year than usual. UT brand other hand...cfb world explodes.

I’m happy for Tennessee fans but the college football base really doesn’t give a shite whether Tennessee in particular is winning lmao I’m just happy Georgia has a serious threat. Alabama is also leveling with lsu having to deal with decades of great Florida teams every year.

Nobody really cares about Tennessee. If it was a Missouri program doing what you are doing it would be just as interesting. But college football is better when LSU-Ole Miss means something. Go to hell, LSU.
