Can we all agree that whoever wins UK vs OM is going to be ranked higher than they should and that the winners fanbase will have ruminations of a natty?

NIU was a shitty game but we won. Levis showed all his flaws but still threw 4 TDs. The D had its first subpar effort, but we know when they have it together they’re a top 10 defense
We won, even if it was ugly, and teams ahead of us lost. It’s normal to move up unless a team with a dominant win leapfrogs you. We’re ranked too high, but that’s more a function of moving up too many spots for beating UF, though obviously voters thought it was justified at the time.

We aren’t. But this is what happens when you’re ranked to start the season and play cupcakes the first four weeks. Others lose and we automatically keep moving up.
We’ll finish the year somewhere around the mid-twenties with three or four losses.

At this point in the season, its a crap shoot.
Even if a team is the best team currently, if it peaks too early, it may not end up making the play-offs.

I think there’s only so many teams that are 4-0. Which is what matters when it’s all said and done.
Also pretending half of the Top 25 haven’t had a struggle win this season but Kentucky is apparently the only one that has is disingenuous at best.

I agree lsu should be ranked.
I think lsu and msu are both top 25 teams. FSU is good. Y’all beat us in a hard fought game. We both have destroyed OOC opponents
Honestly eye test I think lsu and state look better than anyone in the west besides Bama

I don't think so. I think Ole Miss is going to have a big season. They can't get up for every game, but they did enough to win yesterday. Coming off a baseball natty and a good football season last year, you guys should be feeling good right now.

Several SEC teams did enough to win OOC games but did not play their best--Ole Miss, Georgia and Kentucky, to be specific.
League play this coming weekend will begin the process of separating pretenders from contenders.
Bama--Arkansas
Ole Miss--Kentucky
State--A & M
LSU--Auburn
Georgia--Mizzou

Eh. I'm not so sure I wouldn't have put Alabama #1 and Georgia #2. Alabama struggled with a decent Texas team and we struggled with Kent State.
