This is the exact same thing that happened with the Bear, he began criticizing his own players for his own failures. He was schooled by coaches with much less experience coaching.

Orgeron was 1-5 vs Alabama when he was at LSU. Not competitive at all.

Not sure why everybody is blasting Coach O. I respect a coach who tells it like it is instead of using rambling coachspeak answers. He's 100% right about this year's Bama team.

2021 Alabama isn't as good as they've been in the past? He thinks we don't already fricking know that? Is this supposed to be some profound revelation?

By stating the obvious?

It's clear to everyone in the CFB World that we are in the midst of rebuilding. And despite being "down" for the first time in Saban's tenure post-2007, we are ranked #2 in mid-November and still in control of our destiny.

Thanks for acknowledging what some here refuse to. Nothing but respect for you. O gets bashed for blurting out the truth.

There are a few good LSU posters who can raz and have fun while owning their team's struggles. But honestly, the vast majority of the LSU fans on this site have no self-awareness whatsoever. We won a title last year. We are currently rebuilding after being decimated by the draft and coaching attrition, and yet we've only lost one game so far this season. You guys won a title and swore that things would be different - you would dominate the college football landscape replacing Bama as the lords of football - and you have a losing record over the last two years - but WE are in decline and Saban's tenure is over???

Let's assume that somewhere in OP's gibberish is an actual point: that Alabama is on the decline. If I were O I wouldn't keep harping on this because it means he blew the one chance he had to even somewhat salvage his legacy through his own incompetence. O and LSU are bad and should feel bad.

The methane is getting to you septic sucker. That’s not the quote, and you were already mocked mercilessly by your fans for this dumb shite.

LSU had both Alabama and Aub beat despite LSU being blown out by lesser teams Kentucky, Ole Miss, and UCLA. Alabama and Saban are not good and should not feel good.

Both of these statements are true. It's fun to beat LSU, and this season's Bama squad isn't as good as teams from the past. That doesn't mean they're bad, but they're not on the same level as 2020, 2012, 2011, 2009, etc.
