I think you’re mistaking him for Kiffin

Why do you think that?

Not a good statement when your Coach is Kiffin..

I don't see how any squad is going to be a "team" going forward. What about all the other guys who now feel that got lowballed.
The only reason I am still even engaged in this train wreck is I like to hope we are hitting a tip point where someone will do something.
This is not an Ole Miss problem, LSU problem or Clemson problem -- it is a state of "college" athletics problem.

I doubt Kiffin drinks liquor, probably martinis and margaritas

this is pretty significant blackeye for Golding. Putting this shite in texts?

Meh. He had not yet signed any agreement with Clemson.
Tough to argue in the context of him enrolling at Clemson & sending Clemson staff tampering evidence

If he attended classes at Clemson after the portal closed, Ole Miss is screwed.

I don’t care if the man drinks but those cocktails definitely have liquor.

You sure - you knew Kiffin had and swept it under the rug as long as he was your coach. High moral standards.

He went into the portal from Cal. If Clemson’s compliance office didn’t formally initiate withdrawal, or it had not been processed yet, Golding’s texts were not tampering. Clemson released the texts because they are butthurt and their only recourse is to try to shame Ole Miss.

Do not know the rules, how would Ole Miss be screwed? If he did not sign contracts, nothing can be done. Students can leave a school to attend another one, student athletes can as well.
I do not know the rules they have in place though to prevent it, but NCAA is on a long losing streak. Unless all the universities decide to draw up new regulations, I am not sure what the NCAA can do. The whole preventing a person to a livelihood is what has been the anchor around the NCAA neck preventing them from winning in court.
At some point the NCAA and all FBS schools need to create a NFL collective bargaining type scenario with student athletes. The Schools and athletes have to agree to the rules and not the NCAA trying do their own thing, they have no power now.

This week we’ve learned:
1. Doesn’t matter if a player is a pro
2. Doesn’t matter where a player is enrolled
Who else sees the obvious solution to winning any single game?
(Hint: buy the other teams players)

Those things didn't apparently bother them while Kiffin was there but they think it's going to bother LSU fans.
