On a scale from 1 to post integration Ross Barnett, how mad would you Rebs be if a one year post season ban were handed down?

If I was Ole Miss I would be much more irritated with a hefty scholarship reduction. That will set the program back much further than banning them from a post season. If they get a slap on the wrist and a measly amount of scholarships lost then other teams will start to cheat as bad as they do.

They need to nerf that program back to the stone ages for being blatant cheeters and old buck tooth should go back to coaching basketball.

Fake religious people are the fricking worst.

I have to agree. Most rebels probably won't, but a one year post season ban will probably only piss off the fans and Swag Kelly

Ole Miss actually winning the West (yes I know) and having a bowl ban would be the ultimate "WAOM" ever.

It's not going to be 1 year. They were getting 1 year just with current violations.

I'd be really upset for our juniors that came back, Chad Kelly, Evan Engram, and Tony Connor, but at the end of the day it wouldn't be that big of a deal unless we have an incredible year and made the playoff. After what happened to Jaylon Smith, I'm not sure any potential pros on any college team are completely heartbroken if they don't play in one of the meaningless bowls.

OH MY GOSH, what if other schools start having boosters who are going around giving out loaner cars for a couple of months and even coaches who might allow a player to crash at his house for a night.

What is this world coming to?

It will be absolute anarchy!

No doubt but they should have a solid team next year and there are many question marks in the West.

If it happens it happens. I won't like it but I won't lose sleep over it.

Auburn went 5-5-1 in 1992 and Pat Dye resigned. AU was placed on probation for "just providing foot for Eric Ramsey".

Insert Terry Bowden to lead the Tigers in 1993 to an 11-0 record while on a post-season ban.

I just don't think a school like Ole Miss or MSU could make it through a post season ban without falling way, way behind for a few years.

If it weren't for Tubberville, it would have crippled our program for decades. His coaching job while we were on probation was nothing short of remarkable.
