I say Mack starts game 1. Russell takes over before the season ends.

I suspect its way too close to say right now and will go well into the fall and possibly the season unless someone creates separation.

That said the longer it goes without separation the odds of KR winning the job eventually increase.

Nope, and I don’t think the coaches really know either. As much as I want to spin that as a good thing and that we have two capable ones competing, it’d be nice to have someone separate themselves.

Honestly, it would be the most Kiffin thing ever if Leavitt sat early to rehab his foot, and Clark or Longstreet goes off and has a Chambliss-type season

Which is why, I guess, he went out and signed a lower tier guy with plus skills, and a 5 star backup from USC, in addition to Leavitt.

Nah, its Russell.

That kid is Warren Moon 2.0. He has a fricking howitzer. But he sits in the pocket and doesnt try to do a bunch of silly shite.

Texas will have arch of course. If he doesn’t improve this year it will be interesting to see what happens to his NFL draft stock.

TCU is getting harvards QB. I know nothing about him but Harvard was pretty good last year in the FCS and he was a big part of it apparently. So I’m happy. Happy to be rid of Hoover. I will be very impressed if he is a heisman competitor

We are waiting to see if first half South Carolina Marcel Reed or second half South Carolina Marcel Reed is the starter.

I’m going to lean on first half South Carolina Marcel Reed with your brand new play caller at OC

No clue whatsoever. In fact, I couldn’t name the quarterbacks on our roster.
