Heads up Hog fans…Cards want Mussleman and Kenny Payne is their 2cd choice. Don’t see Muss leaving Arkie for Louisville.

I don't see him leaving either. Same potential at both schools except one doesn't have ncaa camped out on campus

Not worried the least bit.

Arkansas isn’t like football. We have plenty of in state talent and can recruit nationally. Muss has the #2 class coming in. Family loves NWA. He is already making top 10 money and nobody wants to live in Louisville over Fayetteville

Muss turned down AZ last year. Only way he leaves is for UCLA (he’s a west coast guy) or the NBA

Arkansas is in a better conference.
Arkansas doesn't implode every three years in scandal.
I agree.

There is absolutely no reason for Muss to leave Arkansas for Louisville. Arkansas is a basketball job at a basketball school with a tradition of elite success and the things in place to do it against now (and he's already on his way).

Not to mention Arkansas is much, much richer than Louisville.

One other side note.

Musselmans wife is besties with the Hunt daughter that started the new NIL deal at Arkansas. The Hunt lady travels to all the games and sits with Musselmans wife.

Just like Pearl, no coach is leaving a competitive SEC school for a mid level ACC job. Especially a mid level job that will require a lot of work to get through the mess they have ahead of them.

At this point Louisville is just gonna get all these coaches major pay bumps from their current schools

They can want, but they won’t get.

Louisville is a pretty big shite show from top to bottom in their AD. Even if they weren’t, it’s a lateral move.

UCLA and San Diego are the only places I could see Muss leaving for.

they'd be stupid to not hire Kenny Payne.

I remember a few years back when Louisville's sports programs were on fire. Wow... the worm turned quickly there.

I mean, they are still on fire, its just a dumpster fire at this point.

I'm hearing Tom Crean is the leading candidate in Louisville...

for some Louisville area middle school girl's assistant coach gig.

Arkansas isn't Auburn. Arkansas fans care about basketball, always have. They've got a proud tradition and history there. I see Arkansas and Louisville as lately moves. Louisville definitely has a better history and program if we're being honest, but Arkansas is still a top program.

And it's actually a really nice place to live. I was there a year, and loved it. Smaller than I typically prefer, but absolutely gorgeous area with a ton of outdoor recreation.

Don’t care.

Less than zero chance Muss is leaving Arkansas right now.
