Let me give you an example of what you sound like right now:

You are asking relatives how your grandfather’s will is split up and when will you get your share at your grandfather’s funeral.

You’ve asked your question and made your inquiries Errrewrrre. Why press on with it?

I guarantee you ALL players are lockstep in this.

Call it a tie and go home, pray, and love your family.

I'm not pressing on with it. Defending myself from the women who are calling me a shutty person for asking about the outcome of the game is all.

First time I ever seen anything like this.

So curious what happens next is all. Jesus Tap Dancing Christ ..

I absolutely can relate and it is close to home. My 30-year old daughter had a bicycle wreck on the sidewalk in front of our house when she was eight years old. Had a subdural hematoma and was LifeFlighted to Huntsville AL unresponsive in flight and near death. Craniotomy, blood clot evacuated, skull reconstructed, miraculous full recovery. I’ve waited 5 hours outside an operating room not knowing if my child would live. NOTHING in my life mattered but her living. Thank you again neurosurgeon Dr. Joel Pickett.

I’ve been there and continuing praying for the bolder part above for my child. How long did recovery take for your daughter? If you’re comfortable sharing, does she deal with any lingering effects of injury?

Thanks in advance and praise God for her healing.

Good call to postpone the game. No win situation for NFL if they’d of continued. They’d of looked heartless to the players.
For whatever reason I remember how the WWE cleaned the ring and continued a pay per view immediately after Owen Heart was killed in the ring. Terrible terrible look.

Glad to share with you. Maybe private is better. I don’t know how to do that here, but I will try to give a brief synopsis. Suffice it to say I became acutely aware of head injuries and their seriousness and treatment. Evac helicopter pilots, air ambulance nurses and air paramedics became my heroes. We went back and met the crew who transported my daughter. She got a free ride since she didn’t remember her original one. Her only cognitive issue we can detect is long term memory loss. She does not remember some family vacations in her teens and other events. Otherwise she is brilliant…29 ACT, National Honor Society, All State track athlete, schol to UAB…

I'm not sure that was the worst look for the WWE. The Katie Vick funeral home skit being aired on TV in front of children may top it.

Vince McMahon is one of the biggest pos on the planet. Roger the dodger Gohell is right there with him. Both would have gone to pedo island in a minute if they got an invite.

The NFL told them to be ready to go in 5 minutes initially, or Roger did for sure. The player on both teams said FU not until we hear he is ok. Roger probably called called by PR or his buddy pedofile Robert Kraft who said ask the coaches if they can play and they no.

Then they announced they were canceling the game for player safety concerns etc. The NFL doesn’t give a frick about player safety or concerns. They are money making busines, they would feed the losers to live piranhas on TV if they could

Seems like you're reacting pretty emotionally to people "reacting emotionally"

Can't imagine they'd try to reschedule this one. There will simply be two teams with sixteen games, and the standings will be what they are.

If for some reason the league wanted to play it - and I really don't think they would - I imagine you are correct. It would turn into an NFLPA issue. The league doesn't want that, I'm sure.

This game has a huge impact on the race for the #1 seed/lone bye. Cancelling the game would be absolute insanity.

Insanity is thinking any player in the league thinks this game means anything compared to the life of a fellow player.

And the PR nightmare would be worse.

We're sitting on Tuesday today. By this game being cancelled, I think Cincy just locked up their division. Try to finish this thing mid-week, lose it, and they set themselves up to lose Sunday to Baltimore and lose the division. Cincy has no reason to play this game. They have the three seed locked up.

The only reason for Buffalo to play is to hope to win it, then win on Sunday - and hope for a Chiefs loss against the Raiders. Or else, they just say screw it and take the two seed. They'll take the two seed, rest their starters this weekend, and get ready for the playoffs. Maybe play them long enough to lock up the two - if Cincy doesn't rest their players.

This games not getting finished. No compelling reasons for either party to do it. The logistics would be a nightmare.
