I get it. We ditched ours for 12 glorious years, then they followed us over here.

Yes.

Mizzou gives their football team relevance by scheduling them. I hate it.

Georgia Tech ain’t much better

Difference is you knew GT is Georgia’s rival. If you asked GT fans who is Mizzou’s rival they’d all shrug. And say where’s Mizzou? St Louis??

What we do with our rival is none of your business.

The red leggers (jayhawkers) were terrorist trash who were partially imported from Boston and parts of the northeast. Hence why Lawrence, kansas main street is called Massachusetts.

They were nothing more than northern terrorists sent to sway a state vote. They chose to come into Missouri and burn and rape and pillage farms and towns. So we burnt the terrorist HQ (Lowrents) to the ground.

The fact that they purposely choose wear the high red socks when they play us tells you all you need to know.

The word rival doesn’t cover what this is all about.

Georgia Tech was in the SEC

Plus I think UGA considers Auburn their biggest rival.

At least Missouri has a hate filled rivalry. Some SEC schools don't even have a primary rival.

My guy, Missouri's rivalry with Kansas is basically the only redeeming quality they have and the only thing that almost makes them fit in here.

I generally agree with the sentiment that Mizzou simply does not fit. However, Mizzou responded to my criticism with the following, and I am currently reconsidering my original position...

The funny part about all this is that Columbia and the Missouri Tiger Home Guard were Yankee sympathizers... So they were on the same side as the Jayhawkers...

They were there to keep out all riff raff. Quantrill and Red legs both. Missouri did have a government and capitol for both Confederates and union during the war though.

Yeah, somebody needs an education about a real butcher and murdering rivalry. Kansas and Missouri put a whole new meaning to rivalry.
That's a Georgia fan .
