Oh look! A Washington Huskies fan that registered on 10/15/23 trying to stir shite up. Nothing at all fishy about that.

They can but need help, simply winning out won't be enough. We'll know more tonight after seeing how the committee decides to handle FSU in light of Travis's season ending injury.

They need some help to get there. And they aren't "blowing out" Georgia. Let's get real, here.

FSU is not guaranteed with the Travis injury. They'll need to beat Louisville handily since they've struggled with multiple opponents even before he got hurt

There is, *LITERALLY*, zero chance a 13-0 undefeated P5 champ is getting left out of the playoffs. None whatsoever.

If they beat UGA, they are 100% in the playoffs regardless of what happens elsewhere. They would be ending a 28 game win streak of the two time defending champion in that teams home state. No one else has a win remotely approaching that, and there is no way in hell there will be a CFP without an SEC team. It might not even be fair if Washington, Texas and FSU win out, but one of them is being left out.

Alabama obliterated Georgia in 2021 and Georgia still made playoffs. A 12-0 #1 Georgia isn’t going to fall to #5 with a loss to Alabama. It’s something people are uncomfortable talking about. 12-0 Georgia is likely in the playoffs regardless of SEC championship game result.

Texas beat Bama by double digits. Washington would too.

Different years and different scenarios. 2021 had two 1-loss non-conf championship teams and it was 12-1 UGA and 11-1 ND. There was no head to head matchup for UGA and ND.

This year Bama was beat by double digits at home by UT. That is going to hold weight or the committee will prove they are a joke.

Ohio St./ Michigan will leave 1 undefeated. (of course that 1 loss team would have as good an arguement as alabama)

Negative. Michigan would have ONE ranked win (a Penn St team hasn’t beaten anyone good in years) if they lose. Their resume would be laughable compared to Bama’s. Ohio State’s would be a little better than Michigan’s as they would have Notre Dame and Penn State but still not as good as Bama’s.

Of course Oregon currently has ZERO (not a single one) ranked wins and they are still ahead of Texas and Alabama somehow, so who knows what this weird committee would do.

This has nothing to do with what I posted. #1 12-0 Georgia is likely in. They aren’t going to fall all the way to #5 simply because they lost to Alabama. Georgia was embarrassed by Alabama in 2021 and only fell to #3. Regardless of other conference results a two time defending National Champion isn’t falling to #5. Wait and see.

Either Michigan or Ohio State will soon have a loss. If Bama beats AU and wins the SECCG, they will be in the playoffs.

They're not over a one-loss UTx and potentially three undefeated P5 champs.

A couple of weeks ago, I would have believed they were in over a one-loss PAC champ, but nothing indicates that to be true based on the polls so far.

Bama needs to win out and hope one of UTx or FSU drops a game

A one loss UGA stands to get screwed the hardest. Going from one to out of the CFPs if they lose to Bama and all others hold serve.

I tend to agree. Bama and UGA both stand to get screwed the hardest. Bama could get screwed if they beat UGA and they don't get some help. UGA could get screwed if they lose to Bama. Either way, one of these teams will make the CFB Playoffs and clown stomp these other teams from sub-par conferences

UGA, Ohio State, Michigan, FSU and Washington are unbeaten.

OSU and UM will take a loss

If Alabama beats UGA then there are 3 unbeatens

and Alabama would have the best win of the one loss teams

All Alabama has to do is win and they are in

Bama isn’t beating Georgia so your question is mute.
