Ye seven that happens to Alabama the backup ends up being someone like Tom Brady when he was discovered!

Sam Jackson V is out?

Dude went out early in the 2Q last week vs North Texas and the backup Finley came in and led them to 44 more points and a 58-21 win.

the backup Finley

Transfer from NC ST and brother of Ryan Finley who was very good for the Wolfpack a few years back. Git drafted the year before Burrow by the Bengals.

This is exactly the type of QB that comes out of nowhere to have a career day against AU and rip my heart out.

I'm glad we never struggled against backup QBs.

In 2009 Kentucky came to Auburn and a few days before the game their starter at quarterback got hurt.

On gameday at Kentuck fan came up and said I hope yall go easy on us because our second team qb was playing. I told him Auburn made back ups look like Joe Montana.

Kentucky won the game.

This article says he's at practice but "day to day".

Rat Poison!!!! Lol

Thank goodness it's Hugh taking them out to California and not Gus or Harsin. This week Hugh has been critical of his teams play last Saturday and has been on the team pretty hard this week.

Gus' problem...is he played so damn vanilla basically up until the LSU game every year. Did not matter who we were playing. I think Freeze will at least have an intelligent game plan, which could only be said about Gus twice a season.

Our D is going to be suspect this season, so the best plan is for lots of running and short passes, to keep the 'new' clock rolling and keep the other team off the field.

I dont think I have the T levels nor the energy to partake in extra curriculars beyond 10pm anymore. This Cal game will have me needing a nap and then an extra two hours to vent after the game. I am thinking I better plan on going to bed around 3 am.

We're due. I remember watching the USC game in..'02(?) from my apartment in Chicago while on a work assignment. One of the few games I can still "feel" and remember. Felt shitty. A big win Saturday would take a lot of that away. Let's do this Auburn!
