It should be noted that quite a few of them got injured. Jack Jones was definitely an NFL quality G had he stayed healthy. Chance Hall also had an injury that he never recovered from

We legit thought he was a good coach or I did anyways. It wasn't until The later part of his career that we started seeing all the cheese dick stuff. On paper Jared G was supposed to be good, If you want an idea of the type of coach he was think about the fact that Alvin kamara was our 2nd string running back to a guy that played 2 or 3 years in the NFL as a wide receiver

The hiring firm that brought him in tried to use a “money ball” metric based formula to arrive at him.
Dooley was an emergency hire
Pruitt was a similar emergency hire
Kiffin was the last guy they hired on purpose.
Heupel looks like a package deal for White. A safe hire in a very uncertain time.

When he beat Spurrier in 2013 I started to believe, but the feeling vanished over the next 4-5 weeks as we just looked awful. Then the 2014 class came in and I was thinking maybe we could just eventually out talent people, but then the Florida game happened and I knew he was too irredeemable an idiot. Dobbs made it exciting but by the time Arkansas beat us in 2015 I was praying that it would just be over. Florida 2016 was bittersweet because we'd finally beaten the frickers but I knew we'd be stuck with him past the Dobbs era. But I thought maybe we finally had enough to start out talenting people, then we lost to SC and Vandy with 10 wins and a NY6 berth in the making. Then the wheels fell off. I liked Kiffin, hated Dooley, didn't feel one way or another about Pruitt. Butch Jones is the most fraudulent piece of scum to ever be employed by the university.
