2019 was a rebuilding year.

Lol what? You had

3rd year QB
3 3rd year WRs and an experienced sophomore as the 4th WR
3rd year RB,
3 3rd year offensive linemen
A defensive backfield with only one freshman that got any significant time
A line backing unit with 2 juniors a senior and a freshman
And a defensive line of a senior a junior and a freshman

Rebuilding my arse

Holy shite that was a great pass

Young is a little undersized but has a cannon, I'm shocked how quick his throwing motion is. It's no loading up, quick 30 yards on a rope.

This is a troll. Not sure what game you are watching? Dude is 5’6 threw a dropped pic 6, had a fumble 6 and had a td on a busted coverage by the LB and all under very limited pressure. Other than that he hasn’t done very much. He’s no Spencer Rattler or Kyler Murray by no means. He’s a huge step back from the last 2 QB

A spring game. Where overreacting in either direction is dumb.

I love LSU fans and their knee jerk reactions.

And a bad intentional grounding. He's just pure garbage.

shite happens. A 5 pt win to break an 8 game losing streak, and now holding to it at 1-9 over last 10 has to hurt though, I get the bitterness

We started 2 true freshmen at inside linebacker, and 4 of our starting front 7 were freshmen. Shane Lee, one of the starting MLB that year, is 3rd on the depth chart this year. Plus several other players hobbled, including the starting QB.

It wasn’t so much of a rebuild as it was a MASH unit.

What were you watching, unless you're just trolling here. The ball jumps off his hands, he was pretty accurate all day and showed poise. I'm ecstatic as many Bama fans trust me....We know what we have for the next 2 years and I'm excited.

Do you think they move him around more due to his height? And athletic ability.

IMO Saban likes the kid, because when he's chewing him out, he can look him eye to eye.

Five of our starting 11 defensive players by the end of the year were freshmen. Our offense may have been explosive but our defense absolutely loved to give up explosive plays. It was the worst defense, statistically speaking, of the Saban Era if you're not counting his first season.

No.

But when 6 of your starters on D are TF due to injury and you’ve either had your top 5 pick QB dinged or knocked out for the season and you have to deal with an all-time great LSU team things change.

By the end of the season that Bama team was no longer a NC level team. LSU was a team that could play with the best teams ever, huge difference.
