Kelly on Tuesday said Notre Dame tight end Alize Mack "was getting cut [blocked] maliciously" by one of Vanderbilt's defensive linemen during a 22-17 Fighting Irish win at Notre Dame Stadium.

"It's legal, but it's bad football," Kelly said. "It's just bad football, and I have no problem saying it. You know, we're so concerned about frontal cuts and we got a defensive end chopping [Mack] on every play, and he hung in there every play, was digging him out, blocking in line."

Lol and people say Notre Dame could actually have a winning record in the SEC. Vanderbilt would've defeated them in Nashville. And most of the SEC would defeat Notre Dame anytime anywhere

Coach is still pissed that they let ND off the hook. Should have won that game.

Derek Mason is apparently not one to be trifled with.

I think this was Brian Kelly's way of getting out of paying us back with a home game.

Brian Kelly is a horrible coach, I hope Notre Dame keeps him forever.

You know what’s “bad football”? Forcing your football manager to go up in a lift on an extremely windy day and getting his arse killed.

frick him. Kudos to Derek Mason for not eating his pompous arse shite either.
