But Bama fans said he’s not involved!

Asked by AL.com why Miller was not charged, Tuscaloosa chief deputy D.A. Paula Whitley said, “ There’s nothing we could charge with him according to the law.”
Alabama coach Nate Oats said Tuesday that Miller is “not in any trouble” as a result of his alleged involvement.

At this point is it fair to say that Nate Oats is using the Alabama head coaching job as a front for an arms dealing operation? They have been traveling out of state so I am guessing the FBI will get involved soon.

reposting from elsewhere:
So according to this the gun played hot potato: LINK
Miles texts Miller to bring him his gun. (the gun belongs to Miles) so Miller apparently brings Miles his gun.
Miles then tells the shooter Culpepper “The heat is in the hat.”
And “There’s one in the head.”
So Miles instructs the shooter where he can get the gun and that it is loaded.
And again according to the Tuscaloosa DA they will not be charging Miller. And what would you like him charged with?

if we're being honest, it's impossible to rule that out based on what we know as of now.
Will be worth keeping an eye on

Miles owned the gun.
10 pages incoming of LSU, Auburn, and Kentucky fans losing their minds over something the investigators have stated wasn’t a crime.

Don’t you just hope.

quote:If they had evidence or testimony that he knew why he was bringing the gun, he’s as involved as miles and would be similarly charged. Just because there apparently isn’t evidence of that right now, it seems unlikely he was clueless about what was happening. Like I said in the other thread, if he was just a regular hood rat, he would be facing charges now.
And what would you like him charged with?
