His teammates say he’s a great assist guy.

Just ask them…..

Or read the police report

I'm so sick of this story. Great player. Probably ignorant decision earlier in the season to get involved in that situation.

But for any of us fanbases to cast stones is stupid we've all supported players that made poor decisions and embarrassed our universities and yes I do get it that someone's death is probably greater then most decisions made but if the police will hide evidence that would not hold someone responsible because they can shoot a basketball then that is more on them then the player and if he truly didn't do anything then he shouldn't be charged.

Granted the university and miller should have had proper statement ready for the information that came out. something to the effect " We (I) will not comment on the criminal matter until all investigations and jury trials are complete".

nah I'm good. Sorry I'm mature enough to handle the situation and be realistic. Do I think the university handled the situation probably? Absolutely not.

But if the police regardless if there are circumstances why they didn't charge him or not doesn't matter in this context. That's on the police and has nothing to do with the University or the fanbase.

However the fanbase is a bunch of ignorant rednecks.

But like I opened my post with. I'm just sick of hearing about this story.

Blame the entirety of the Associated Press, who apparently also supports murder, according to you.

Enjoy.

First Team All-American by hawgndodgeAnd won't make it past the second weekend[/quote]

I would consider an Elite 8 appearance quite the accomplishment based on preseason expectations and historical standards so not sure your point here.

No Darius Miles did and he is in custody. But I can see a scenario where Miles gets a lesser charge or sentence
