LOL, don't drink and post Bo. Great qb for us at the time but he owes everything to Freeze. I don't remember a lot of teams after him at community college. I wonder if he is currently having Uncle Rico delusions about playing in the nfl.

Good coaches generally are good leaders. Good leaders take personal responsibility and don’t lay the blame on others.
As bad as Auburn was under Harsin, I don’t think they have hit rock bottom yet. I could very easily see Auburn winning no more than 3 more games this season.
If Freeze goes 5-7 or 6-6, it will be interesting to see who he blames. Because it certainly won’t be his fault.

Saban has blamed players before. Focused on draft and not bowl games. Not focused cause already lost 2 games. But no one cares cause it’s saban so that isn’t really true. I never liked the draft bitching even if it’s true

I went to Oxford at the last minute to watch Mettsiah, OBJ, Landry and Jeremy hill. The defense was so God awful that year they made Bo Wallace look like a heisman contender.

Saban has always talked in generalities about players. I can never remember him calling out specific players like Hugh does. Hugh trashed Thorne after the Cal game. He trashed Brown after todays loss. Saban and Freeze are not the same. For you to say they are is asinine.
There is a big difference in a coach saying the players need to focus on an upcoming game instead of the draft, or that they should have, then saying our quarterbacks are interception machines and our running backs are a fumble look for a place to happen.

Auburn boosters withheld funds for Harsin recruiting because they wanted him gone. So now they are spending that money plus whatever more they can trying to make this work. They don’t have the money to do this long term. I don’t think you can spend enough money to make Freeze a better coach. He’s shot out
