The amount of 90s and early 00s Baker High School grads on the OT has increased the past week.
I got 5. And I was done on that. No spotter because I’d rather risk a roll of shame than ask the ones around me today. Just set the arms so I could execute the roll of shame and would be fine. All I had was 5. Barely got that.

--c. Cooldown sets 2 x 10 (50-55%)
2. Tricep pushups
--a. 2 sets of 10-20 reps at 18” height
--b. 2 sets of 10-20 reps at 24” height

There is a video on the insta post showing the height deal with pushups. The best way I can explain it is, you will do tricep pushups at a certain height from the floor. They have a guy with a barbell setup in a fixed position against the rack at say 18" and he does the tricep pushups from there, and then go up to 24, 30. Never done pushups that way before.
Now I just have to figure out which random in the gym tomorrow AM I will ask to spot the amrap set. I'm fairly anti social at the gym.

No expert but keeping kids longer in a single setting doesn't seem like it would support deeper learning. But accountability and parental involvement does.

The Bluffs is 30 miles from BR.
It's more like 40 having to get through the backroads to it from 61. And, it's one of the more affordable places to live in West Feliciana price per square foot since the golf course starting having uncertainty and closed. It's still expensive relatively speaking. If the golf course ever comes back (don't see it happening anytime soon) I'd definitely join with my proximity and consider moving there.

It’s one of my least favorite lifts and I have a grip issue with my left ring finger which isnt as big of an issue in alt grip DLs. But I’m taping it
/stabilizing it against the middle finger and it’s getting better. Did the exercise today and the chin ups the day before. All the bumpers were on racks being used and I don’t like bugging people so I just found some 10 pound plates, 2 of which are about the size of 3 bumpers. Held those and walked around for a few minutes each rep.

Very basic for us. Way too many nocturnal and Acorns.
Closer to the LA state line south of woodville - same. LOTS of acorns. Which means I would have to actually move around and hunt. I didn't have a ton of time and I've never been known to do that anyway.
I did see a lot of turkeys - must have been a bumper hatch 2 years ago. Excited for that. Youth is only 4.5 weeks, full season 5.5 weeks away. Gotta do some listening in the next few weeks.

Is that hold 3-4 10 lb plates in one hand for 15-20 seconds?
That's how I took it and its a new one for me also. Day 1 had wrist curls in cardio and now this. Grip strength is something I would like to work on but I have a small left ring finger issue that messes with that right now. I don't think this will mess with issue but I'll see tomorrow.

Revised the bench sets/reps for day 1. Had it slightly wrong. Updated in my other post.

I don't. Because - I have this crazy idea - free market capitalism should actually be free market capitalism.

I've done 2 PPSAs so far - Oak Tree and FOTH. I just finished FOTH today. I'm not familiar with Benchuary. What are we looking at here? I am interested.
