That's true. And of course he endorsed Cassidy and a few weeks later Cassidy was voting to impeach him. That was Cassidy thinking Trump was done.

I think she wants to have a long political career and will do what Trump wants to stay in his favor for now.

You think she isn't 100% beholden to Trump? And that is all he cares about. Trump endorsing her was about holding power over a senator in a chamber of congress that has been tough sledding for him.

Well its out in Zachary, but I use Kyle Lindow. Awesome guy and doctor. I've only had minor issues but he has dealt with them all and knew what it likely was just by my description of symptoms before doing diagnostic testing. Tested to confirm and took care of the issues.

Just saw video.

Tony put that old man strength on him.

Exact thing I said. Tony also threw a little leg sweep in there like he has taken some jiujitsu or judo. Tony has been training for this moment.
Pretty sure he means bench dips where you have your legs out straight and your butt off the bench and dip with your back almost going up and down the side of the bench.

I need to get heavier into dips. Vids I've seen have guys load more of their weight forward and "getting on top" of the dip. Like this - correct dip form. doing it where my weight is straight down absolutely lights my arms on fire and not in a good way.

It depends on what the upcoming goals are. I've done as much as 6x a week in the past year, and as little as zero due to a minor soft tissue injury I wanted to fully heal.

Normally I'm trying to get 5x (M-F, off S, S) and I'm following one of the PPSA programs. I woke up feeling terrible and didn't want to lift feeling like that so I took the day off and will finish the last 3 lifts this week on Thursday, Friday Saturday. I'm also training jiujitsu 2-3 times a week and sometimes I have to give the body a rest. I'm 43 for context.
This was one of the best sporting events I've witnessed. Love watching UFC but the production, the fights themselves, the marine band, the first responders/military getting seats, recognition. People can shite on Trump all they want for putting this on and for any number of things, but I think UFC/Dana/the White House pulled off a great event and also were able to highlight people we should be highlighting. And to top it off with one of the best fights ever and an American winning as a decent underdog. LSU football 'ships are up there for me because that's my team but man any sports fan shitting on this event is being disingenuous or is ignorant.
I would take a ride and go to Jesse's on the Bay. Always a great time and meal there.

Just finished Dr. Jacked. I will say this program would put it on me some days in ways others haven't. It seemed that each day there was one or two more lifts than the previous programs I've done by PPSA. After looking at a program to run next I think I've confirmed that. I definitely got a bit stronger in bench and squat. May run some 1 rep maxes Thursday.

Got some stuff going this weekend where I need to be fresh and fully recovered so no lifting until Monday except maybe 1R maxes but I am eyeing doing FOTH again or possibly looking at Summer Stacked 1 or 2 and running either of those last two as a 4 day program.
Rogan swears by long format being the best way to discuss anything. Unless 60 minutes is going to 200 minutes I don’t see it happening.

re: Tightness and sore Hamstrings/legs

I am coming off of a hamstring injury. Grade 2ish from my self diagnosis (back of my leg was bruised for several days). I had a slight pull and then came back training too soon. That's when I got the grade 2. Doesn't sound like you are that bad off.

I don't run or do much walking. I get my cardio other places. But I did nothing for 5 days. No stretches, no walking beyond normal getting here and there. No lifting - not even upper body. After those 5 days, for about a 10 day period I started to do some light stretching - lifting upper body but no lower body. Finally after about 15 days from injury I started stretching it good and doing very light lower body lifting. I would do lifts just to get blood flowing with body weight then empty bar (squats, RDLs). I started sprinkling in some weight.

I also train jiujitsu 3-4 days a week and didn't do anything during those 15 days. I just started back with some light lower body weight training after the 15 day mark. I plan to continue both lifting light on legs and light rolling at JJ for at least another week and I'll see what it looks like after that.

I had to not do anything on it to get the healing started. Maybe look at getting on a rowing machine (eta I meant one of those hand bike machines - not rowing) for a week or two to keep cardio up and get the hamstrings a complete rest. I also have been a big guy all of my adult life and I am still obese according to BMI which I don't actually put much credence into. I am also in my 40s and these things take time to heal. I know it - it sucks getting into the habit of training and having to dial it down or stop to recover. Hopefully this is helpful.

friend's experience - ordered from qsc when they were still doing international and us inventory was low. Never received a tracking but it showed up one day about two weeks later.

Friend said Tracy aint here to be friends.

Just wrapped up week 1 of FOTH. I’m liking it a lot. It’s one I can see myself running multiple times in a row.

I've hit a few injuries recently that have interrupted training here and there but I finished FOTH earlier this year and I loved it. I think I did it in January before I started Benchuary. I almost went back to it recently. Decided to give Dr. Jacked a try. I'm doing Dr. Jacked but modifying it these first two weeks because of a hamstring issue so I'm going very light on squats, deadlifts and anything else that puts a fair amount of strain on the legs. Dr. Jacked is giving me a run for my money. My plan after this is to hit FOTH again or possibly look at FOTH 2.

We played Country Club (Golden Nugget), Contraband (L'Aburge sp?) and Koasati Pines last summer. I'd say Contraband holds water a little too well and its been raining lately. Koasati is my preference of the three but the head pro is a bit of a bitch.

I'm not sure you will find a PPSA that is calf heavy - I haven't come across one. I watched a short clip from Mike O'Hearn the other day about calves and he basically said Arnold told him they are dense muscles that require constant intense workouts to force growth. 5 days a week calf raises, 5 sets of 20 as heavy as you can.

Mike O'Hearn video re calves

Now, some are going to say you have to let them rest more than just the weekend. I don't know - it's never been a focus of mine. I'm worried about other parts of the body and don't do much in the way of isolated calf exercises.
Probably use this a dozen times a year. Usually small cooks at the house for the fam. Great resource!

He was rewarded for being a heel and having a good fight versus Blaydes. I love Suga Show just sitting there. It seems like this happens in most of the press conferences he is in. He is never in the shite show - just chilling.

Not great but better than Ethel (IYKYK).

We will have to agree to disagree here. I hated playing FRCC. Sure, Ethel had a 65 yard Par 3. But there were a handful of holes that just shocked the conscious over at FRCC.

I thought about joining but I don't think I am going to play enough golf to justify it at this point in my life. I also play too much at Copper Mill, Beaver Creek and Fennwood. I'll just hop on some tee times with some friends who are joining if they allow guest.

I'm sure they don't really like each other, but some of this stuff with Khamzat and Strickland almost feels like a work. They've become caricatures of caricatures. I ain't mad at it - we need fighters that understand how to sell a fight like Conor.

These things are unfortunate. I'm selling Skenes but he is overpriced if anyone is interested.
