This is one of those games that needs to go or at least be given up by ESPN. Who the frick sends Boston College and Cincinnati to Alabama to play an exhibition game? So dumb.

We normally go to this game just to have something to do, but there was NO WAY I was sitting through the rain for this matchup.

Why do cities like Birmingham and Shreveport even bother having a bowl game?

Kids up north grow up dreaming of getting to visit Birmingham, Alabama one day. Why do you want to shite all over their dreams?

One of 3 or 4 bowls that need to be terminated altogether.

Because it makes them money.

Plus next years Birmingham Bowl will be in a brand new Stadium adjacent to Uptown. Should be pretty nice.

I mean, I can see riding across town and getting a cheapie ticket for one last chance to go to a CFB game for the season, but in this weather? Thank you, no.

How does something like this even make money? That’s gotta be a net loss even with the ESPN check

I considered going until the weather decided it wasn't going to cooperate. Not only is it not cooperating, it's throwing a fit.
