Literally no one said that. Must be a projection of your subconscious
I was in attendance when Greg Maddux got win #300

Barring a missing padlock I don’t think he could do it that quickly.

He would just have to flip the main switch, which can’t be padlocked

you name it. Probably even some homeless ppl viewing the OT too

It’s very difficult for me not to get absolutely consumed by his hand mannerisms.

I feel like he mimics saban’s hand movements. They are almost exactly the same

I got a fun stand alone adventure that was worth my $10.

You can still see movies for $10?
You can insure one as a recreational vehicle as long as you don’t exceed the mileage limit

Things got pretty rough under Gallagher but are turning around with fleetwood there. They just completed the new baseball facility, just received a major donation to help pay down the debt, and currently have a waiting list in a few grades.

Aren’t you one of them?

Carolina will have not played a game between May 9 and May 21

This needs to be fixed. No reason their 2nd round should have started while everyone else was still playing round 1

Yea man, the price per square foot is hundreds of dollars different for like, no reason. Crazy.

617 Codifer, 315 Helios, 314 Hesper. Those are the most recent sales for similarly sized houses in the area, none are over half a million.
You keep laughing, what makes old Metairie near I-10 better than Metairie on the lake in any metric other than being closer to the really rich people between Metairie Rd and the railroad tracks?

Identical access to goods and services, identical commute times to downtown, one is full of only nice homes, one is a mix of older smaller homes with some newer ones sprinkled in. Please tell me

There have been several 1M+ (and a few 2M+) sales in the last few months on that side of metairie road within a couple blocks of the house in the OP.

Most of which were 3500 sq ft or larger
Metairie on the lake >>> north side of Metairie road by 4 blocks and it’s not even close. This isn’t a house on Woodvine or Livingston, it’s on Phosphor surrounded by a bunch of other 1800 sq foot houses built in the 60’s. N Turnbull or Edenborn blows this street out of the water

That's because it is in the most expensive neighborhood in Jefferson Parish.

Nah, they are pricing it like it’s on the good side of Metairie Rd. I doubt they get anywhere near their asking price
quote:

you arent paying for the house here, you are paying for the location.

They must be confused and think the location is on the other side of Metairie Rd
A house in my neighborhood just went up for sale. Equally as nice part of Metairie (Metairie lakefront neighborhood). On a double lot, 5br 4 bath at 3352 sw ft with a pool, detached garage with a sauna and full bathroom by the pool. $625k. The house listed in the OP is overpriced and not indicative of the market as a whole

Was looking around 241 in NEZ
. I sit in that area

Pros-

Great views, close to band but far enough away from the scoreboard speakers, great group of fans around there, atmosphere can’t be beat

Cons-

Might be the worst concessions in the stadium. From 241 you will be 4 sections away from the nearest concession stand with actual food and they will likely be out of everything by halftime. Also, you are the last to get shade on a day game.

I love sitting there though, and although I have the opportunity to move every offseason, I have remained there for 25 years
