We're glad you don't live here anymore either. Raises our IQ just a touch.

I say every year I'm going to go to this game, but the first year is still the only one I've been to. I don't care enough to plan in advance to go, and I usually end up having something else going on.
The first one was the Saturday before Christmas if I recall right. A clear, cool December day.

I seriously doubt that.

I wonder how many people attended the “Fanfest” this morning. It’s a weekday after a holiday in the rain in literally the worst part of town.

What old city this size or bigger isn't? Particularly in the SE.
I love BHM.
Then again, I don't have to deal with 280 or 65 traffic.

It should be much better when the new stadium gets built. Looking forward to that.
Where is that going to be? Replacing that one?

Downtown next to the civic center and Uptown.

still better then liberty bowl. memphis is terrible and that stadium is terrible
You've got to be kidding with this. That stadium in Birmingham was the worst I've ever been to, and it isn't even close. It made me appreciate the Liberty Bowl stadium.
What I saw of Birmingham looked like a dumpster fire.

& that's a game? Not even cheerleaders are there.

Adjacent to the Civic Center, Uptown, Top Golf.

Spent many Saturdays in that old girl. It was a dump even then. Many memories. I loved that place but it’s time for the wrecking ball.

Heavy rain and lightning. I thought about driving down until I saw the weather this morning.

About a week before I moved to Baton Rouge there was a hundred comment thread on OT Lounge on “why I hate living in Baton Rouge”. After living here about 3 months I thought about starting a “things I like about Baton Rouge” thread. People typically like to complain about where they live.

No Birmingham swag bag is complete without a a Stop-the-bleed kit and a DVD of BPD’s The First 48 episodes.
