Biggest College Football Hall of Fame Snubs?

The majority of ranters were happy when the college football hall of fame tweaked the admission guidelines so that Mike Leach has a chance to be selected. He is on the ballot for 2027.
Who are other players and coaches who have been - fairly or unfairly - snubbed from the college football hall of fame and why should they be in the hall of fame?
I would have put Mark Ingram at the top of the list, but he was selected this year.
Currently Tyrann Mathieu and Aaron Murray probably sit at the top of the list. Honeybadger was a Heisman finalist, unanimous 1st team all-american, and won the Bednarik award. Murray is the all-time SEC leader in TD passes and passing yards. But he was never selected as a first team all-american so he is not eligible for the hof.

I was pissed at him too many times to count, but no reason he shouldn't be in the Hall of Fame as a coach too.

This feels like a career achievement stat apropos with him being a QB under Mark Richt - lots of winning but nothing to show for it

It's weird Julio Jones isn't eligible considering his impact on the beginning of the sport's greatest dynasty. I guess the NFL HoF will have to do.

Jackie Walker!
The College Football Hall of Fame is a bogus joke until he is admitted.
A native of Knoxville, Jackie Walker was an outstanding student athlete excelling in football, basketball and baseball. His head football coach at Fulton High, Lon Herzburn (who later became Jackie’s position coach at the University of Tennessee), worked with the young Walker and helped him develop athletically and academically.
Following graduation from Fulton, Walker accepted a football scholarship at the University of Tennessee. During his tenure at UT, freshmen were not allowed to play varsity. His sophomore year, he was a starting linebacker.
His junior year, he lead the Vols defense with 82 tackles and 42 assists. Walker was a two-time All-American and in his senior year, he was selected team captain–the first African-American to be selected captain for a sports team in the SEC.
Following his senior year, Walker was drafted by the San Francisco 49’ers. Following a brief professional career, he relocated to Atlanta. He was inducted into the Knoxville Sports Hall of Fame in 2008. Jackie Walker died in 2002.

My dad went to High School with him. He was definitely a cross dresser. Apparently, he was often seen in the Knoxville clubs in the 80’s in drag. There was even a story somewhere that Bill Battle was gonna walk out of an event if Jackie Walker showed up in a dress.

doesn't it typically take a bit to get in the HOF? If we add more recent players like Mathieu, Cam Newton and Johnny Manziel aren't in it yet either.
A player who's had plenty of time to be inducted, is eligible, and who hasn't been yet is Terrell Suggs:

This feels like a post apropos for the SEC Rant - lots of trolling but irrelevant to the topic. If winning a championship is a prerequisite for college football hall of fame, plenty of great players would not be eligible.

This is a requirement? Very stupid.
Aaron Murray was a twat but he should be there.
Stetson Bennett was an even bigger twat but should be there eventually too.
