Yeah, I mean frankly both defenses are practically dead even through two games with AU having faced a bit better competition.

Washington with their two heisman candidates is definitely a better O than Miami with a shite for brains 1st yr qb.

Agreed.

He's a second year QB, but he is pretty bad which is why I'm surprised so many picked Miami to win that game.

It was a couple of questions. You had a question, I had two questions. What is so difficult to understand?

Well if you would objectively look at it, you can't deny he is better now and has done a hell of a job with our defense. I was skeptical when he was hired because of his tenure at LSU and Clemson, but he has proven me wrong. Take off your purple glasses chief.

LSU has the best defense but it might have to carry them for much of the season. Always a possibility their offense gets it together.

Auburn has also coughed the ball up 4 times,

Which has absolutely nothing to do with either defense...

If we are going to judge based on yards after this weekends game, I'll go with AU.
That might reflect the offense they play this weekend.

3 of those fumbles were from true freshmen RBs in the Alabama St game. Don't reaaly count for this discussion.

Remember when the entire SEC Rant laughed at LSU for hiring Kevin Steele?

..but now, since he's at Auburn, he's a top tier DC.

Got it.

His numbers says he is.

Remember when coach O sucked as a HC and now that he's at LSU he's a top tier HC.

Really hard to tell at this point. I believe Auburn's d-line is better and the rest is about a wash

Yea, lets not count real plays. In fact, while we are at it, LSU has only really played in the 1st half of both of our games.
