...I did love the CBS graphic from this year's Bama-TAM game showing quarterbacks who had beaten Bama in the past few years. Tebow x 1; Cam x 1; Manziel x 1; George Jefferson x 2. It should have been a "One of these is not like the other" pic.

LB - Rolando McClain
No way, Rolando McClain was a freak linebacker all the way around. He's just, basically, a fricking idiot that doesn't realize how bad he's messed up in life in regards to decisions and people he refuses to disassociate with. He would have been a damn good NFL player.

That Chiz system coach thing is funny...in a sad sort of sobering up way...

No. I just meant that most coaches could find a way to use him effectively. I think he would have excelled at other programs, not just UF.

Idiots find ways to waste talent-- hell you could argue that Driskel could have been a lesser Cam or Tebow in a good offensive system but he got stuck with Boom

Honestly, Rolando Mclain-- looked great at Bama in a system where he didn't have to shed blocks or flow sideline to sideline.

You forgot one.

I'll give you a hint.

The night before he beat Bama he drank a bottle of Patron Gold, smoked a few bowls and banged out two delta delta delta hooers who claimed to be half sisters.

Then he promptly threw a fumbled snap out of the back of the end zone on our second possession.

Maybe Chris Marve from Vandy? I don't remember watching him play but he always finished with gaudy tackle numbers.

You play to win the game, not to put up stats or be flashy.

Something loser fans of loser teams never seem to understand.

I seriously think some fans would rather their team put up 50 points with tons of razzle dazzle and flash and go 8-4 instead of play a vanilla "system" and go 12-0.

Mind bottling.

Yeah, this is pretty much the proper assessment. I get the OP was placing a rather huge and obvious hook, but including McClain ruined it a bit. The guy was massively talented, just even more massively a headcase.

No, mind-bottling. You know, when things are so crazy it gets your thoughts all trapped, like in a bottle.

Eh, gotta disagree with you there, Rooster. Alshon would've had success anywhere.

Bruce or Kenny, on the other hand, are much closer to being system WRs. Yeah, I'm going with Kenny McKinley on this one.

OP is incredibly bamasessed as you can tell by lack of thread content elaboration.

I'm also assuming OP posted a lot in the Mel Kiper and Cowherd thread. Seeing as how he's an LSU fan.........this doesn't surprise me at all.
