Maturity goes a long way to even being drafted.
Tyler Bray was good enough to be top quarterback drafted in last year's draft. But he lacked even an ounce of maturity, which caused him to go undrafted.
McCarron is slightly more mature than Bray, but not near as physically talented. McCarron'...

Tyler Bray had so much talent. It's a shame he didn't focus it. His circumstances at Tennessee were miserable, but if he'd shown even a little bit of maturity, he'd have been a top pick in last year's draft....
