Find the subject quite interesting

If so, you should read The Art Thief, by Michael Finkel. Very quick read about an art kleptomaniac in Europe. Trying to explain why the klepto was different, the book talks about various other major art thefts over the past century or so.

I would have never chosen the book myself but it was a gift so I gave it a shot. Highly recommend.
I would accept the story that they just happened to run into each other at an exclusive ski resort if this was not the same way Stafford ended up with the Rams.

Stafford went to Mexico to a resort for the weekend and hung out with/got recruited by McVay, Andrew Whitworth, and some others.

This was definitely a recruiting trip
Volvos are a little cramped and not the greatest ride compared to others in each class. We had an xc60. Super reliable but I stand by my original statement. We rented a new xc90 last year for a long road trip and absolutely loved it. Again the ride was a little bumpier than others in its class but the technology was great (bluetooth worked perfect for car play) and it's a beautiful SUV. That being said, a good friend bought a xc90 a few years ago and they've already turned it in for a Grand Highlander due to so many issues. It was a hybrid model though, so that could have played a role...

We currently have a qx60 and love it. Reading all these other posts, may just have lucked out. However, it is extremely comfortable and the ride is great. The technology is definitely lacking though. My 2017 Sierra has better tech and features than it does (2020 model).

Will need a new one in a few years and my wife would like to just get a new qx60 given how much we like it, but Inifiti certainly has some business issues to work out before we commit.

What’s he shooting? About to venture my 9 year old into that world and not sure what to start him out on.

BK already donated $1M to TAF for the Football Recovery Center. He does put his money where his mouth is. He is 110% behind LSU and this program.

Didn’t this come out that it was because he was paid close to $1 million more than he was supposed to be? Or did he give an extra million on top of what he paid back?
I don't mind if it's a unique name or a true star who you know immediately who they're referring too. But I was annoyed by it yesterday too as they did it for multiple people.

I had the game on but was just listening. When they said "James up the middle" I had to stop what I was doing and watch because I had no clue who they were talking about.

re: The Harris-Trump debate

She answered all questions with a pre-planned speech, regardless of what the question was. They even ran a commercial where I live in which the entire commercial was her answer to a question, that was it. Just a 30 second stump speech. At first in the debate she seemed coherent, but then it became quite obvious that she had just memorized a long speech and was giving it in short bursts.
That’d be cool but his personality wouldn’t really be that great. His interviews are good listens, but he’s not really a work the crowd type guy.

Has Shaq ever done it? If not, they should go all in to convince him
The whole show doesn’t come every time. Most weeks it’s just him broadcasting from the field and remoting into the show which could still be cool. If the whole show comes then they’ll probably set up at parade grounds or quad to accommodate for the crowd. I’d love to see the student turnout and environment if the whole show comes. Will probably have either players or Kelly interview though regardless. Oklahoma was lame and gave access to no one.

I’d love to see them do a simulcast with his crew during the game. Would be great pub for the school if he does and we have a similar environment and tight game that we had for Ole Miss
2-3-2. Gives more consecutive nights to watch on TV. I love the three games in three nights

No clue. Vegas likes them for some reason. They were big time favorites against Colorado earlier in the season. Colorado wasn’t playing lights out but it made no sense how high the spread was. Very easy money to make
It has to be Kelce-Mahomes. I don’t know myself if Kelce ever played QB, but apparently he studies defensives more than most non-QBs, which is why Reid has given him a pass to go out there and free-style.

This is kind of opposite the point that Bak is trying to make. Mahomes and Kelce freestyle because they do study and do know the plays and do know the defensives. If they study or discuss ideas before the game, it’s essentially just a silent audible between two players once they see the defensive formation
Search for Mickey Shunick. That thread was wild to follow.
Yep. This is going to be a huge problem. The very large health system I work in doesn't know if we have enough fluids and tubing to last through the weekend. It's crazy this isn't getting the news coverage it should and needs to be a major priority for the recovery efforts to focus on this factory
Got to see them play in Boston earlier this month. Kind of glad I got to see a historic team
CAVA. Started around the 33/share mark. Average overall for my investment 68/share.

Currently at 123.

Thanks MB

JaMarcus was a top 5 paid QB before he even took a snap and didn’t make it through his rookie contract (3 of 6 years).

The NFL having an awful rookie contract system does not automatically make JaMarcus the permanent biggest bust ever.

I’m pretty sure a Heisman winner who had multiple years of drafts forfeited to move up for him and was also referred to as the Steph Curry of football is well on his way towards taking that title from Jamarcus.

At least JaMarcus can say he didn’t try or care. I’m pretty sure Bryce is working hard and still failing spectacularly.
The house I’m in was a new construction in 2014. I think the builder and his family lived in it off and on mainly for school zoning but it sat on the market for at least five years. Absolutely beautiful house. Was definitely over priced but not extraordinarily. I had it inspected twice because I kept thinking there were something we weren’t being told about it. Been in the house 4.5 years and couldn’t be happier.
